#Internationalwomensday is celebrating how much has progressed within the workforce, while women only occupied 22% of C-suite positions. As of 2019, the amount of women within the workforce has grown massively to 71.4%. 15.3 million women in the UK aged 16 and over were in employment in October- December 2018.
