Having worked with this dynamic team to provide executive and on-demand coaching, they knew the capability of our platform and how easy it was to find, book and connect with our 300 global coaches.​

Adopting our approach, they uploaded their internal mentors alongside the MyThrive coaches and deployed bespoke knowledge and skill development in fast 15 to 30-minute conversations. And then they garnered insight on what people were coming to the internal mentors for, using this to iterate learning courses and content to supplement the knowledge gaps. ​

Ultimately there is an ambition to host all their internal team on the platform and certainly, this fits with the design of the business for the future where every employee is both a coach and coachee to one another.
